What should I do with a Dell computer case I got from school?

I’ve just started watching Andor, and it looks like it’s one of the best Star Wars series so far. I seem to have trouble remembering some of the character’s names.
I feel really bad now:
I’ve just sent an email asking if my order had been shipped yet. I received a confirmation of the email saying customer service would get onto it in 3-5 days. About 30 minutes later, I received a shipping confirmation and can’t find a way to cancel my customer service ticket.
I need to use Linux for a project I’m working on. Should I?
A: Use Windows on my PC and Linux on my laptop.
B: Dual boot Linux on my PC.
C: Just use WSL for the Linux bits.
D: Use Linux on my PC and windows on my laptop
