probs cause of the admin notifications but idk

Okay, got a release out: https://github.com/micahlt/wasteof.mobile/releases/tag/0.4.0
I’m not sure why the download size is so massive, but I’ll work on that before the next release.
Also for some reason the APK is absolutely massive - I'm working on downsizing it.
