We have ran a few tests and it seems our code is working fine - the host is the actual issue. It is not up to us to patch this, so we do not know when our systems will be functional again.
We are currently investigating a widespread outage over the RiverBox API and are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We will post an update when there are more news - sorry for the inconvenience!
