There will be a new feature in @scratchtools that removes generic projects from trending!

How it works:

It checks if the project name is generic. If checks if it is platformer or contains words that might be generic. Those could include “part 3“, “jungle platformer“, etc. It then removes those projects from trending if they exist.

It is in beta and is said to be looking pretty cool!

what if it removes a platformer that has the word “platformer“ in it but it isn’t a generic one

it doesn’t only have to say platform, it has to say something generic and then say platform

what if it says something generic, but the platformer project itself isnt generic

at this point, I think that all projects that make fun of generic projects are pretty generic themselves

woah… thats pretty epic

how does it work? Do you hack into ST, or what?

I didn't make it, so don’t ask me.

We don’t hack, you just have to use our extension (available from chrome web store and Firefox)

I think I might download ScratchTools
