The Mega Update

With over 3000+ lines of code changed and 2 new addons, this PR completely changes wasteof.plus, and includes a new extension popup, a badge and sound effect for new messages, and desktop notifications. In addition to these more visible changes, the way addons are loaded as you navigate wasteof has been drastically improved, and permissions corresponding to addons are now requested dynamically.

I hope to merge this PR sometime before this Friday (July 28), and this will leave Firefox porting as the biggest task left to do before creating an “official” release.
