this might be a hot take, but i think criminal charges, such as pedophilia, should be dealt either with, excruciating pain, like nailing their feet to some stone for decades, or public embarrassment, like full body tattoos to signify you have been charged with that.

ah no worries. there’s two answers to this question, on one hand, a person who stole a car shouldn’t get charged with someone lets say pedophilia or assault or whatever, because its not as bad. but on the other hand, you might want to still make a horrible punishment, to prevent all from doing it, if you see what i mean
