Today a Russian Il-76 aircraft crashed in the Belgorod Oblast. The plane was carrying 65 Ukrainian POWS to an exchange. Shortly after it crashed, Ukranian media claimed that Kiev downed the plane. Shortly after that they deleted this claim. Rest in peace to all 65 men who died.
