Now, let’s add some more things. For every repost this post gets, I will do 5 clap push-ups every day for a month.
For every comment this post gets, I will do 10 sit-ups every day for a month. (No spamming)

I can barely do a set of 5 . But, in all seriousness, please don’t put too much pressure on yourself. I’m not sure what shape you’re in right now, but what you’re doing here is pretty crazy and most wasters probably don’t want you to get hurt. Take your time and try to spread out these exercises if you need to. Good luck!
