sometimes (always) i am in fear of the food combinations my friends make
the nonprofit i coach for has a student quote book of all the unhinged things coaches/students have said and it is fantastic
maybe having a slightly caffeinated starbucks drink at 7pm was a bad idea, even if it was free :p
