okay considering i have multiple diagnosed sleep disorders and nothing helps (short of medication, which i don’t take) i think i did pretty good 
i’m not even an introvert but being socially anxious has unlocked things that would not otherwise be privvy to me - i’ve heard so much tea while just sitting in my room with the door open that people don’t think i hear
