2 updates a day keep the log4j away :/
but seriously, yesterday it was the THIRD TIME that my computer wanted to update twice
oh wAaAIt tHeORy: 2 updates a day - two log4j-related security vulns found a day - 8 (working hours)/2=4 (omg YeS I’M sO gOod At MaTh) = it takes 4 hours for all microsloth devs to find a security vulnerability (yeah this theory is so conspirational ikr)

wdym? like that you panicked because of log4j but then realised the bug is only in apps which use it? log4j is a logging service used by many frameworks tho, so it’s even in things like apache webserver etc. :/
