about me is just sample text. you can use the sample text however you want.. also bios in wasteof3 are more like statuses, and any other details can be put in text blocks.
I’m curious, with the added content of blocks are you not going to encounter a dramatic increase in needed storage? I’d really hate to see wasteof go down because of a lack of funding or physical hardware.
well it’s really just a little bit of text. images are definitely a bigger issue. i’m thinking of putting ads or something but i don’t want to do it badly.
I believe the majority of people could deal with ads, and seeing as people have shown that they would like to support the site, you could setup a merchandise shop or perhaps a donation platform.
Wait, you’re not actually hosting the images themselves, right? At least the ones in posts? Also personally I really struggle with ads - I keep my adblocker on like all the time. If you really need funding, you should set up a buymeacoffee.com page or something - I’d be willing to donate!

Yeah I get that. Still, I’d much rather donate than have to deal with ads on the site that I’d probably just block anyway :\
