iMessage is crazy overengineered
Like I just deleted a conversation on my watch and at the same instant it disappeared on my mac (I had a window open with it)

Although if I read a message on my iPad it doesn’t show up as read on my phone
It shouldn’t, because you’re the one who read it. Only the other person can see if you read it or not (because you should already know)
