hate to say this but you cannot disagree…

terraria > minecraft

i disagree

sorry but it’s sadly facts

the newer updates just make me less creative with how to build and it’s only fun when you are new, after defeating the ender dragon there’s nothing else to do but automatize every function and farm in the game

not really! exploring and just building pretty things is so cool, esp in the new biomes and with the new blocks

it’s honestly fine to like minecraft, i love it (been playing for 7 years, that’s half my life LOL)

i’m just saying that the more recent updates kinda ruined it, it’s slowly becoming less calm and nice but rather making every aspect in the world more dangerous

  • 1.16 — Nether much more dangerous (but cooler ngl, i liked 1.16)

  • 1.17 — Terrain generation is just wonky (better in 1.18)

  • 1.18 — Caves buffed and strip mining nerfed

  • 1.19 — Underground caves now 10x scarier

i feel like 1.7 - 1.16 were the best updates in the game.

thats fair, my favorite era was around 1.16-1.17 as well but i watch a lot of different minecraft content now so i suppose that balances it out a bit :b respect your opinion tho, very valid

i prefer terraria because it has many weapons, bosses, and armors, but other than that there’s not much to do after endgame, only farming loot to create a god weapon :P — they’re basically equal but terraria has longer progression goals (i’m talking like a year or two before beating the game at average pace, speedrunning can take up to 8 hours at max tho)

minecraft is still really good and i love it since i grew up with it, but i feel like my addiction made it boring
