wait since there’s so many other TLD nerds here (including me ofc) here’s a scenario for you:
you get 2 free tlds (complications and price aside), one for personal use and one to rent to people, what do you choose.
for me i’d get my last name or mill, and for the renting one i’d get .cdn or .uploads because it just makes sense for any site that handles uploads (imagine like google.cdn or discord.cdn

anyway, i’d probably choose .code (i know .codes exists, but it’s just not good enough) or .create (or something) to rent and my last name for personal use 
pretty neat, what some examples people could use those for. i can think of like learn.code or vs.code or something but i dunno .create examples
