Alright guys, you guys have motivated me to continue on. I will change some things, because doing 150 push-ups a day will do more harm than good. I decided to switch to 3 push-ups per like, so I don’t kill my arms. Everything else stays the same, and I’m doing this for a month instead of a week now, since things got easier.

I will do 3 push-ups per day for a month for every like this post gets. I really need to work out and I’m giving you guys a chance to control my workout!
Now, let’s add some more things. For every repost this post gets, I will do 5 clap push-ups every day for a month.
For every comment this post gets, I will do 10 sit-ups every day for a month. (No spamming)
Will start in 24 hours, I will update you guys every day.
