“The entire point of the video is that the league's profitability is not a sound argument for theunderpay. Reason being, so was the NBA until the mid 80s at best, and yet the players' portion if league revenue was at worst 57% percent until the '83 CBA while the women's league has the potential to be 25% at best but in reality is 10%. Any of y'all that have ever owned a business or been apart of a start up already know that lack of profitablity doesnt atop you from paying your workers. No, The women’s world cup winners don’t deserve the same prize money as men world cup winners. Why should they? Men’s world cup 2018 generated $5,279,000,000 more than the 2019 women’s world cup and that number will probably increase depending that the 2022 mens world cup generated 7.5 billion.
But yeah, gender equality!!!!!
