Just had the craziest scam call ever

The person who called left a voicemail of a TTS script saying

The script then proceeds to list off 3 of my closest friends (full names), the fact that I play violin at [redacted] High School, and then closes with:

You are a great violinist! I love watching your mini-group through the practice room windows on Thursday without you knowing.

Should I be concerned
