“!!” is the perfect amount of exclamation marks. “!” doesn’t get a point across, and “!!!” and more feels too shouty.

This is why my discord display name is “a wild cheese!!” and not “a wild cheese!!!” or “a wild cheese!”
(Or at least, on servers I remember)
