90% of the work gets done in 10% of the time - I imagine updating such a large project like Scratch is more difficult yeah but ST could at least try!!!!! Jeffalo is 100% dedicated whereas it feels like ST is 1% dedicated these days lol
Hello! Scratch Team here. We're sorry to here that your not satisfied with our update pace. And, we're sorry to hear that our new features are not as good as you expected. To make it up to you, we will be adding new features and making a few changes! Here they are:
- Hidden project stats
- Removed follow button
- Not allowing even more words in the comments (these include: bad, mean, follow, and more!)
We think these features will meet your expectations as they make Scratch an even better online community!
Hello! We noticed that you probably didn’t like our response. And, you may have not loved the new changes. To make a safe and fun online community for Scratchers of all ages, we must do what’s best for everyone. By making these changes, we make Scratch more about making fun projects and sharing them with the community, rather than fighting for competition. These new changes, once added, will just take a little getting used to.

Shutting Scratch down will actually solve every problem there is. Alternatively, back out and let the community take over.
Hello! We don’t quite understand. Shutting down Scratch would also be shutting down a great community. Shutting down a place to imagine, program, and share. A place to where Scratchers can create fun projects and share them with the community. Shutting down Scratch is not something we are willing to do.
