the wasteof2 nuxt app takes forever to start, and is currently in dependency hell (something like 30 security issues, but if i update my deps, the whole thing falls apart)
i’m also working on another big project in sveltekit, but i started that early on, before some newer features, so i’m rewriting wasteof in sveltekit to learn how those work (it’s harder to migrate my existing code than to just start from scratch)
since i’m rewriting the whole thing anyway, i’m also going to work on a new visual identity for the site, but it could go pretty badly, so we’ll see. :P

Oh and also - do you think the API will be structured in the same way? Just trying to think about whether or not I should keep working on wasteof.mobile if there's going to be a major restructure.
see, that gets complicated.
since the backend is way more tightly coupled with the frontend now, theres no simple api that others can use (rather than things returning JSON, they’ll return the SSR’d pages). so i think i’ll keep the old api running, and transform that into a public bot api.
we’ll see.
Oh yikes… so in your honest opinion would it be a waste of time (lol) to continue working on a third-party client?
