@jeffalo so apparently it won't let me publish the app because there aren't any actual community guidelines or terms of service. Dot’t you think it's worth actually defining what is and isn't allowed on wasteof?

a terms of service / community guidelines is definitely a good idea, but are you sure google is not talking about terms of service for your own app? weird that they require it for unofficial apps like that.
unsure if they actually know it’s unofficial- either way it is a way to communicate with the service, and a TOS would likely be required either way.
Yeah I've made it clear to them that it's a third-party client, but apparently that doesn't matter since all the content is still coming through my app.
