You can argue about Mac vs windows, I'll give you that, but iOS vs android isn't even remotely a competition. Like android isn't even close to iPhone

looking bad is a matter of preference. it still looks like a knockoff to me. And like I said, why would you want to change it when you can just get an actual iphone?
Still missing the point. Your question is irrelevant. You say iOS looks better, despite the ability to make Android look however you prefer.
