in your guys’ opinion, what’d be morally ok to put behind a paywall in order to incentivise people to actually buy it but not to piss off people who can’t afford it? examples:

bad things

  • custom emojis

  • basic profile customisation (colours, animation, …)

good things

  • a unique profile badge

  • faster support times

personally good customer support shouldn’t be behind a paywall. tech companies seem to forget that by having good customer service you can resolve issues like hacked accounts more effectively.
