guys i’m finally getting a windows laptop for a (really) late birthday gift :D

bye bye, chromeos >:)

yes, i do prefer windows for developing things and such, i’ve used windows in my computer science class and it’s not bad, but linux is better in terms of capabilities

just dual boot

single os users hate this one weird trick

you could do that on a chromebook, however most chromebooks have specs on par with a toaster, so windows really won’t run well on it

i wasnt suggesting running windows on a chromebook? even windows deserves some level of respect

chromeos doesn’t have good ram

the new laptop i’m getting has 8 gigabytes of ram and 1 tb storage (which is like 30x the amount chromeos has [32 gb])

yeah, i was suggesting dual booting windows and linux (i hate chromebooks lmao they might as well be an actual slab of chrome)
