I uploaded one of the things I had to do to youtube cause it was being weird in my computer’s media player. It got me thinking, should I make a wahsp youtube channel? I have no idea what I would do with it, but uploading videos just kinda seems cool

Yes, you should.
It’s perfectly fine that you don’t yet know what you’d do with it. You’ll figure that part out as you create and publish whatever comes to mind. Your niche will develop and reveal itself in the process.

As for time, without knowing your schedule, you probably have more time than you realize. How often do you find yourself aimlessly scrolling, pondering whether or not to embark on a project, or putting work into something that doesn’t fulfill you? This is all time you can put towards creation.
If your schedule honestly can’t spare an hour a day, take whatever time you can. While consistency facilitates things, it’s not essential.
As for skill, no skill is required. When you begin, your videos may not be jaw-dropping. They may not even be any good. However, by making and publishing them, you will be improving. Your aim is not for perfection but for progress.
As for an audience, they will come. I’m sure several people from this site will get you started, in addition to other social platforms you may be on. People surprise you with how supportive they can be. At the very least, I will be your first subscriber.
Ultimately, keep it fun. Perfection doesn’t exist, so don’t be too hard on yourself. Take action now, and you’ll figure out the rest along the way.

Most of my content is shouting into a void on the internet lol, I do it anyway. I see no problem in making content regardless of whether or not people actually consume it.
