Wasteof notifications are both good and bad because sometimes I want to see from my lock screen what's happening but having a social media that doesn't intrude on me is nice

The point was that actual notifications would be cool but they're not actually necessary
Ah, I was wondering - yeah, jeffalo and I have discussed optional push notifications for wasteof, so I thought a beta might have been pushed out at some point.

you’ll probably need an external server considering how strict iOS is about killing background tasks.
