blocking people is kinda useless, it’s easy to bypass a block
just register a new account and you can instantly gain access back to their account
(let me know if there’s any restriction that’s not account-only, i don’t really use twitter so i might be wrong heh)
you’re right, twitter should make it so blocks are also based on IP, although that could also be bypassed with a VPN.
