Hey guys

So something not great has happened in the discord server I run. It's a speedrunning discord server for a scratch game called Chirpy Reverie, it's been around for two years. Over the course of that time, there have been some flame wars between members, which also sent some general hate towards me in the community for not taking action against certain members. I claim full responsibility for this. I have been a sub par moderator because of my inexperience. Recently some messages have arisen from a particular member of how they have received so much hate from the other members of the server that they have considered... (Idk if I should write this here) y'know.

I need to know if anyone can offer any sort of help with this because I genuinely have no idea what to do. I hate to think that someone has been brought to such a dark place because of my actions.
