Question: Should we add different perks for different nations based off of the culture/area of the nation?

@oren @supercash please post perks for your empire on my wall, nothing to overpowered, something that fits your empire (such as, for me it’s easier to conquer overseas, or for Muscovy, easier to attack/defend during winter months)
