Some thoughts:

• Shipping should be US and UK for definite, including more countries in Europe too. Potentially other areas like Oceania and other parts of the Americas like Canada, depending on where most users reside.

• Price is hard to gauge when we don’t know yet what would be the cost to produce the merch, nor do we know yet what merch would be sold. But as Oren said, I think finding a balance between quality and price is key.

• Said already, but I’d be happy to help out with designing merch or other stuff if you need the help. I’d also suggest you could maybe use wuilly’s wombat drawings for merch, it could be quite cute perhaps!
