They aren’t in the top 15, which is what the explore page shows, but both are in the top 30 (silly is #18 and imadeanaccount is #20).

Also, the explore page doesn’t show @nebulous, who is #15 but is banned, so for all intents and purposes they are actually #17 and #19.
