update pushed to Star Map

the stable version of Star Map has been updated, the indev and main branches are now synchronized!

UPDATE LOG

- the game now uses all of the available window space, and dynamically 
resizes (there are some bugs with it but re-opening the menus fixes them)
- physical game environment, the game is no longer just menus!
- player spaceship
- dynamic background
- pause menu, opened with escape, shows controls
- FPS counter option
- escape now closes any menu
- the map can be opened and closed by pressing m
- short hyperjump animation
- physical space stations! to trade, fly to it and go to one of the 
revolving docking ports, a message saying "press e to dock" will appear 
once you are close enough

PLANS FOR NEXT UPDATE

- ship screen (cargo, fuel, modules, etc.)
- refueling/fuel usage
- ship modules
- ability to jump to asteroid fields
- mining lasers
- weapons (no combat yet)
