it’s not hard, most people don’t do it because its a cybercrime. there is free, legal software out there such as low orbit ion cannon that are just ddos tools under the disguise of a network integrity testers. even then, ddosing someone’s house is pretty difficult because most houses have a dynamic IP, so it changes every time you reset the router.
