I’m torn about Rishi proposing mandatory armed forces services or voluntary work at 18 since whilst it’s a terrible idea, it makes it certain the authoritarian prick will loose

It's a great thing because it's destroyed any chance of getting the young vote at all. He's basically speedrunning losing the election. Which is kinda satisfying to watch after how much the British public has suffered under the Tories imo lol
also I agree with it being a horrid idea too lol, calling the alternative to military service "volunteer work" is so funny because it's the opposite of voluntary, it would be mandatory
