over the course of this month i’ve cut sweets, chocolate, and most processed foods from my diet, i’ve been going for walks more often, and today i finally decided to exercise

i’ve already lost a lot of weight and became slimmer over the month, particularly with my face

i feel really good about things right now :)

that's awesome!! Any tips on stuff to eat?? I've been trying to do something similar but having a birthday a week ago makes it difficult because of how much cake there was

i just eat more fruits and vegetables, try new things, and avoid things like chocolate and processed food, which i used to eat a lot
