Just used the word “cisgender” on twitter and the post got limited for being hateful, whilst my guy Mr Tate is dropping N bombs every day with hard Rs nah man twitter is fucked

Saying cisgender (a important term for medical use) 
I get the cis- prefix being used in a medical setting (I usually associate them with chemistry though), but cisgender?
Also I don’t like being called “cisgender” since it’s pointless in a normal case (I’m a male) but it can be necessary for context in some cases
