My phone has been charging for three hours non-stop. It was at 4% when it started, and now it's at 1%!! Whenever I plug it in it says "Charger doesn't support fast charging" or something

Doesn't mean it's good. You'll find this rate of charging sometimes, like in some cars. Try switching charger or using a different outlet
No, I mean it's the charger that came with the phone. It's never done this before
