listen to it in the file explorer. i don’t think it’s a bad choice because it prevents from adding ever more unneeded apps (bloat)
can you also watch mp4s in your file explorer or is it just inconsistent with itself? also which explorer in which OEM and version?
yes I can, I’m using files by google (latest) but the samsung one should work with mp4s as well
ok guess i need to give google even more of my data to play mp3s. also my default file explorer cant play mp4s and instead opens the videos app, like any normal file explorer would. guess android just sucks
i think whether a phone can play mp3s by default or not depends entirely on its preinstalled software, in this case android, and not on who owns it or its hardware
