Do I dare BIOS throttle this fan to be slower? It’s one of three in the upper array of my PC in the AIO
Yay! My 3 week old computer already has what I can best see as a broken fan! Joy!

The issue is that one of the screws is blocked by the motherboard; I would have to disassemble the entire PC to replace it. With the PC being 3 weeks old and having a broken part, I think I am going to enact the warranty because screw this.
