ok i am back but only because i am desperate to finish this project i am working on and i lowk need help
Itās called
TetraOS
which was a Linux distro I started with an irl friend in 2023 (he was the programmer, i was the designer). it was supposed to be a super user-friendly and customizable OS, and we actually had a few people join to work on it as well. but progress ended up being really slow; we couldnāt get anything done because the people we invited to work on the project just disappeared, and then we got super busy so we kinda just forgot about it a while ago except for a few times we checked in now and then just to make basically 0 progress
the state of the world got me thinking⦠what if we could finish TetraOS? i mean letās be real: windows sucks, macos only comes with apple products which are hella expensive, and most people arenāt gonna take the time to set up and use a linux distro even if it was as easy as ubuntu, zorin, or mint.
so my friend and i agreed to start working on it again except we arenāt gonna finish ts until 2030 because itās just the two of us plus another person i invited and i lowk donāt know how to code at all
SOOOOO i came back here. you guys are programmers probably so i would like some help plz

comment if u are interested :D
i liked and reposted this post but i dont really know why
How lucky I am to be able to love what I work on, and occasionally work on things I love
Itās a bit hard for me to consider myself an expert at anything, but itās really cool to be at least qualified enough to teach various things out of sheer passion, even if Iām not getting paid! And despite the job market being questionable at this time, I find enough beauty in my area of study to learn more and more
