Here is my Darflen mayoral candidature v1!

• Reform of the mayoral system to include a co-mayor in order to have fairer results.

• Continue supporting a good community by changing the TOS (and laying out foundations for others to contribute)

  Clearly there needs more stuff to complete it but that’s a start.
