The Terms of Service (or Terms) govern the interactions between the website (or Chaosdeer, the Service) and you (the user). The Terms function as a legal document and are not optional.
Accounts
You are allowed the creation of multiple accounts on the Service, unless otherwise specified by the moderation. However, some actions are prohibited by alternative accounts:
Sockpuppetry (accounts created to back up or support your opinions or ideas which appear to be anyone else but are used by you)
To create an account on the Service, you must be at least 13 years old or the legal age for social media in your jurisdiction. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement, your account will be disabled or terminated without any warning.
Rules of usage
As the user of the Service, you agree to not do any of the following (as well as meet the age requirements):
Spam (send unsolicited content, usually in large quantities, usually with the intent of disruption)
Send 18+ or illicit content (images, text, links to 18+ or illicit content such as pornography are all prohibited)
Break Ukranian law
Promote or engage in hate speech
Engage in or glorify unethical hacking
Impersonation (of a real person, living or dead; parody should be clearly labelled as such)
Breaking any rule may result in account disabling (ban) or termination (deletion) but it is always up to the owner, administrators and moderators to choose the correct penalties, if any, for breaking the rules. While it is your responsibility to follow the rules of usage, it is the responsibility of the Service to provide you with information regarding your ban, including how to appeal if you are allowed to.
Legal information
The Service is not liable for illegal actions done by any user, including you, on the Service. However, it is your responsibility to inform the owner, administrators or moderators of the Service of any instance of the law being broken to deal with the situation as rapidly as possible. You will not be charged for inaction but it is preferred that your report any problems :)
