Darflen supports freedom of expression but must be kept appropriate for a wide audience and fair to use for all. Therefore, some restrictions are in place, which may be enforced by warnings, content removal or account banning/deletion if deemed necessary by the Service. You must not use Darflen in any way that:<!-- this list requires reordering -->
Contains extreme swearing, hateful language, personal attacks, promotes/engages in bigotry, discrimination, threats, harassment, intimidation, stalking, defamation or violence against any individual or group on-site or off-site;
Contains sexually explicit or graphically violent material, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, or other media;
Exposes confidential information of any individual or group, such as but not limited to government documents, credit card information or account passwords, unless explicitly authorised by the individual or group;
Breaks or promotes the breaking of Canadian law;
Impersonates anyone on-site or off-site (parodies are allowed but must clearly be labelled as such);
Encourages or glorifies rule-breaking, illegal activities, or violations of other platforms’ Terms of Service;
Deceives other users using any form of mallard or scamming, such as but not limited to viruses or phishing.
You agree not to use one or more accounts or organise groups to perform statistic manipulation actions such as:
Repeatedly loving interactions to boost statistics of yourself, other users, interactions, communities, etc.;
Repeatedly mentioning users (“pinging”) or making reposts, comments, replies, etc. to boost view, comment, repost, love etc. statistics of anyone, interactions, communities, hashtags, etc;
Sending interactions in large quantities and/or repeatedly (“spam”); this extends to creating communities, accounts, etc. for the same purpose.
Darflen may also enforce the Rules of Usage based on closely affiliated off-platform behaviour, such as on the Darflen Wiki or the official Darflen Discord server.
