This is the longest it's ever taken for Google to review a new release for wo.mbat
wo.mbat 2.4 is HERE and comes with some awesome new changes!!!!
First of all, thank you SO SO SO much to everyone who tested, wo.mbat is now available in production on Google Play (once Google finishes reviewing the latest release, expect @wombatplaytesting to be lingering)
Second of all, since I made it to production, I'm open sourcing it so you can now download it from GitHub Releases! Yippee yahoo! https://github.com/JoshAtticus/wo.mbat
Alright, now for the changelog:
- Cleaned up the code for open sourcing
- Completely re-did comments so they don't suck, way easier to reply and you can delete and report them now
- Improved the user blocking system so you can now reveal comments from blocked users
- Made profile badges way better, try tapping them, and added exclusive ones for me and my friends
- Like animations (uhh, idk, contact me if you want a custom like animation for a specific keyword, currently "chud" and "wo.mbat" are the only ones)
- Made the explore page a bit better
- Fixed some bugs with search
Oh, also forgot to put in the changelog, but you can now make posts and comments up to 12,000 characters! That's 8x larger than any other client and I don't see how you could possibly hit this limit other than my post the other day, but have fun until it stops working anyways.
The API technically allows for 15,000 characters but I left a bit of headroom for HTML tags used by formatting and images and whatnot.
