These are comments I posted on my own profile that the mute filter caught
forgive me for asking but isnt that how the filter is supposed to function to prevent ppl from seeing that kinda stuff ?
No it is, but it’s normally meant to just mute you. Getting an alert means there was a human who checked the comment and decided to send me the alert.
imagine if scratch straight up deleted your account for saying that, as i think i’ve heard thats possible
Should only be a temp ban in that case, but if a mod misinterprets it (what likely happened here somehow)… that would be bad
were these not auto-flagged (or were they actually messages from real Scratch Team members)?
I sent those comments myself to my own profile, and they were not sent because of the mute filter. I wanted to test if any of those messages provided links in the mute message (https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/7422679/)
