don't let bro know that us PC users have had it for years 💪

Also, this means it’s likely coming to the Mac soon, which is really cool

the new iPhone has hardware-accelerated raytracing!

you need to replace your iphones with a new $1000 version every year. we need to replace ours every 3 years

s/replace ours/replace our graphics cards

last I checked, it will still have raytracing in 3 years, but in 3 years the 5090s and maybe even 6090s will be out and your graphics cards will be like the 2090 is now

my graphics card is already 10 years old ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What laptop do you have

lenovo t430

lenovo thinkpad t430*

You should upgrade your ram to 16gb. You can do it on that laptop for like $30-40

hi, non-fangirl apple user here!! it’s very much not needed to upgrade every year. the yearly upgrades are very incremental now, but if you wait on an older model before upgrading its more worth it. coincidentally, three years is probably also a good timeframe, but you could definitely go longer

Is it worth it to upgrade from the Apple Watch Series 5 to an iPhone 15?

now, i’ve only had experience with the series 3 (and a small bit with the SE) but imo it’s 100% worth it to upgrade. you’ll still be able to use the watch with the phone obviously, but everything is just far better on a device actually meant to be your main one

I hope I get a phone this year

me too! have fun being able to use alert()
