It may not be the best season ever, but I’ve personally enjoyed it. (just my opinion obv)

To sum it up: there has been a lack of effort in Fortnite recently. The live event was the first for a year, and was lazy and an advertisement. The story has built, but everything established has been ignored once a season ends. Weekly updates that the game used to get now are - maybe - monthly. The new season has revamped moving (different means worse ig) and changed the loot pool + map. I feel like little effort went into this, any of this, and the reasons I play (good battle pass, story, and most importantly live events) are all gone/worthless now. Gameplay remains annoying with either bots or sweats. There are a lot of people who also just want the OG map (will return in 2024)
