did you know that the word defenestrate means to throw something out a window?
anyways I found out the hard way that wizards do that a lot

this is actually how i remember that the Fr*nch word for “window“ is « fenêtre »
i don’t think i would do a very good job of explaining it; ask someone else why people do it
well like, it’s joking about disdain for the Fr*nch, but I don’t feel that that is fully an explaination
