why doesn’t waste of support images outside of cupe upload, imgbb, or any of the wastoef image urls

i shit you not the exact moment I saw this post my friend sent me this:
Maybe it's because Scratch uses those and Scratch having evaluated those as appropriate means you can copy a good (but small) whitelist without having to sort through a bunch of image hosts
Those can be uploaded to other hosts though..? Not just meower like stuff
Is the question why does it have a whitelist or why is the whitelist so small
